We will need your involvement at the first workshop (about 2h) and then three 30-60 minute approval meetings per stage. We try to take as much off your plate as possible. We offer copywriter and photographer support and advise on marketing and strategy. We always propose solutions in two options. If you decide to write all content yourself, it will likely take a few extra days.

We can offer 3 types of CMS. The decision comes after we understand your needs and site features. In most cases it is WordPress, but that should not be confused with WordPress templates. There is a huge difference between a custom-designed and custom-built project with WordPress connected at the end for editing, and a site built from a WordPress template or builder. The differences cover aesthetics, smoothness, load speed, ease of editing, SEO potential and more.

We offer two payment models: 50% at the start, 25% mid-project and 25% at the end; or 85% at the start and 15% at the end. The second option includes a 5% discount.

If you found a website offer for PLN 2,000-5,000, it is not a custom-designed and custom-built site. It is a template or builder rebuild. That usually means: (a) weak aesthetics once real content is added; (b) slow performance that hurts UX and Google rankings; (c) no clean transfer of copyrights, with many near-identical licensed copies; (d) limited ability to add anything the template did not foresee. We offer a 5% discount for the 85% upfront / 15% on completion payment model.

We do not run hosting (servers) or domain sales/maintenance as our core business. We can fully take this off your plate, handle formal and technical matters and advise through our partners, but it is not our direct offering, so those prices are not in our quote.
